Cooker

Cooker is designed to cook the fish using steam. The cooking profile can be customized by setting the steaming temperature and time which can be set either backbone temperature reference, time reference, or a combination of both. However, cookers can be configured by entering various parameters for the program to calculate to work automatically.


The function of cooker is controlled through the Host Computer by creating the program “Cooking Profile”. The cooking data will be stored at the Host Computer so that the data can be retrieved back and downloaded to the SD memory of the Control Touch Screen.

 

Cooker can be used with many types of fish, but the most popular is tuna. There are 2 types of cookers, which are the Low-Pressure Cooker and the High-Pressure Cooker.

 

Low Pressure Cooker

  • Using a steaming temperature of not more than 100 °C
  • Rectangular-shaped stainless cooker.
  • Saving installation space.
  • Taking normal cooking time.
  • The price is cheaper than other type.

 

High Pressure Cooker

  • Can be used to cook at high temperature more than 100 °C
  • Cylindrical-shaped stainless cooker.
  • Using a lot of space for installation.
  • Taking faster cooking time.
  • It has a better temperature distribution.
