Tigar Vertical Transfer
Tigar Vertical Transfer is used for vertical transferring of loads, such as conveying cartons from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. It uses a continuous and rapid conveying systems with a chain driven, controlled by a PLC. The design is based on a variety of cartons sizes and weights. However, the speed of the conveying system must meet the production capacity, which we can design to support future capacity expansion.
Why is the Twin Lift design ?
When not running at full capacity, we can set the lift to operate on one side. On the other hand, if the production line is run at full capacity, we can set up both lifts to operate at the same time. If maintenance is required, we will repair the lifts one by one so that the production line does not have to stop.
